For more than 10 years I have taught Fitness Trainings: Spine exercises, Pilates, Wu shuang dao yin Chinese spine exercises.
I also did and still give personal training. Nowadays, because I am working in two shifts, so I just do a few trainings for some people. I have a good idea how can I be your home too!
You need just a laptop or computer.
8X8 minutes just for you includes exercises what you may already know. I have created this exercises to the problems: sitting in front of the computer, bad posture. My program will alert you at certain intervals that it's time to get up and move.
The exercises will move your , spine, muscles, your body becaouse of they are tired too much if you sitting for a long time. After you will renewed energy and freshness.
